converting studio gst files

I'm trying to convert some gst (studio) files. I have found the folder showing the # of files that can be converted. I have made a folder for them to be converted. Clicked on the files but the cancel conversion and the convert boxes are grayed out. What amI doing wrong

The Wizard:
The Desktop Interface to Online File Converter will only convert files if you've purchased Conversion Credits.
