Title: win32 application error

After clicking the downloaded extractor file, I get this popup:   is not a valid Win32 application.

Any idea what else I need to install so this will work?

What Operating System are you using?

Have you tried to download and install any other of my programs from the Ideas R Us Software website?

Windows 7, and I'm a newbie.  Thought I'd try to access the library files and then purchase the convert to SVG package
But new computer is on its way within the next few days :)   Although, the new computer won't have the library files.

It could be that the downloaded file is corrupt, or that your anti-virus software is causing the error.

If you are running the latest version of Silhouette Studio (with 'Cloud' support), then the Library Extractor will not extract the library files at the moment (the 'Cloud' library is in a different format).

If you are not using the 'Cloud' version, backup your library to an external drive or memory stick so you can transfer them to your new computer.
