I try to install the Silhouette Studio Library File Extractor on my computer, but then the attached message appaers
Can you help me?

Access Denied when creating a shortcut could be that you need to install the program as an 'Administrator'.

If that doesn't work, then try to install it without any shortcuts or start menu items.
