Title: Halloween Topper

Another Halloween card but this time just a topper.  I usually include an image of the made up file on the svg file.  Certain software/cutters will require this to be removed before cutting.  Also there is only a fill as the Silver Bullet (my cutter) will cut both fill and outline.  If you require an outline for your cutter it is as simple as selecting the file and adding it.
