Convert Silhouette Studio files to SVG

An online version that will convert the Studio/Studo3 file format (Silhouette America) to an SVG file is available at http://www.ideas-r-us-software.uk/FileConverters/SilhouetteStudioConverter.aspx

All the known issues are listed.
