I can not get to files to convert

I have tried 4 times to convert file for silhouette. They only thing I could seem to convert was the calibration part. HELP!  I tried to contact the company directly, but they say that my email address is wrong.  Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong please?

I did send you an email, and I've only just noticed this message  .

Your email address is correct, it's just 'live.com' doesn't 'trust' my server.

What file didn't convert?
