Convert Graphtec GSD files to SVG

An online beta version that will convert the GSD file format (Graphtec/Silhouette/Wishblade cutting machines) to an SVG file is available at http://www.ideas-r-us-software.uk/FileConverters/GraphtecGSDConverter.aspx

All the known issues are listed.
