Issues Fixed

The menu option to Calibrate Cutter didn't cut/plot the square. Fixed.
When pasting in from Make the Cut (MTC), the Z order of MTC format in clipboard was reversed. Fixed.
When displayed, the ordered paths disappeared after contour cutting. Fixed.
For a Beta release, the diagonal cut/plot lines were not being cut. Fixed.
The Blade Offset and the Cut Overlap were added to the shape path when the Pen tool (not Knife or Other) is selected. Fixed

Improvements Made

The ordered paths and bounding box are temporary turned off when cutting/plotting/contour cutting.
The various releases Beta/Pre-Release are installed in their own folders, so both versions can be used together.
