Unable to download converted SVG

I am trying to use Ideas R Us software studio3 to svg without success.  Per instructions I browse for the file, choose and select convert to Studio to svg.  Then blank page appears.  Completely blank.  No save as or download button appears.  I have turned off ad blocker.  Could anyone please help?  This shows like such a neat program if only I can get it to work.  Thanks for any assistance.

What browser are you using?

If you try a different file, is there still a blank page?

I have tried using firefox, internet explorer and Chrome and two different computers.  BTW  thank you for your quick response.

After clicking the 'Convert Studio to SVG' button, the page will be re-freshed, and a download link to the SVG file will appear just below the button.

The 'sewing machine1.studio3' is being converted to an SVG file, but the converted SVG file is appearing instead.

It appears blank, since the original drawing is off the mat, and browsers won't display anything off the mat.

To save the SVG file, right clight and select 'Save Link As' or 'Save Target As'.
